Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on most items with exclusion of our special gift items. For those items shipping cost is displayed in the description. No extra delivery cost is added at the checkout.
Do you ship to US or UK?
Yes, absolutely, most of our customers are from USA and UK. We offer fully tracked US or UK delivery.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. You can choose your destination country at the checkout.
How much is shipping?
For a limited time only we offer free delivery on ALL items. If however an item is excludes from our free delivery offer you will see delivery cost in item’s description. No extra delivery costs are added at the checkout.
What are estimated arrival times?
Our estimated delivery times are 2 - 4 weeks for USA and 3 - 6 weeks for UK & Europe. However 98% of all orders are delivered much quicker, usually around 15 business days. We state these longed delivery times to factor in any possible delays.
Can I change the shipping address?
If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact us on email@example.com or reply to an order confirmation email.
However please note, due to the speed at which we process orders and dispatch them, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address.
Can you deliver to a different address?
For all orders we provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with you before shipping to a different address.
Where is my order?
If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the tracking link to view the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your parcel. Also please check your confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct, we can’t change delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to an order confirmation email.
We will endeavour to find your parcel as soon as possible. All of our shipments are insured to the necessary value, so should it not be found we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will try to make the change or cancellation wherever possible. Please contact us on email@example.com or reply to an order confirmation email as soon as possible after placing the order.
